Restaurants & Cafés

Named after a legendary bar in Paris, Bar du Marché is a postcard-size bistro version of the original with classic Gallic decoration featuring checkerboard floor tiling, leather banquettes and stools lined up along the marble bar.

The diligent and well-versed sommeliers serve some of the best wine from home and away, a Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc (AR$180) being the pick of the New World whites.

Delicious cheeses (served up on big or small platters) are sourced from local farms, and include a creamy gorgonzola, a tangy goat's cheese and a melt-in-the-mouth brie.

For something more substantial, order one of the hearty French mains or head upstairs to the sushi bar.
